Cheap materials...dowels snap off before it can be assembled. Boards are scratched and dirty. I bought this for a small mudroom bathroom that has no storage at all. I spent a lot of time researching this purchase. There were actually others of this type that I liked much better, but because the plumbing for my toilet is tall and right up against the wall, I needed something with a high back brace. This product is actually adjustable. Measure the height of the plumbing and then put the back brace where it needs to be. Putting it together was not that bad. It took me about an hour an a half to put together. The instructions say to put the bottom together first, put it around the toilet, put the top together, and then attach it to the bottom. I was actually glad to do it this way. I couldn't see putting the whole thing together and then trying to bring it in to my small bathroom and get it around the toilet. The only problem with this is that it is difficult to get to the bolts that hold down the top, once it's on top of the bottom part. This is especially true if your toilet is a bit taller. Once put together, it has plenty of storage space. It has strong magnets to hold the door shut. Now, whether to attach it to the wall. I did not want to attach it to the wall and I didn't. It is a bit top heavy, so I wedged a couple of pieces of cardboard from the box under the feet, to get it to lean backwards a bit. This makes it so that it doesn't lean forward. Of course attaching it to the wall would be best, to ensure that it never tips when opening the doors, but it's not strictly necessary. The things that kept it from getting five stars: 1. It is a bit flimsy. It wobbles a bit. If you don't attach it to the wall, I'd suggest not putting anything heavy on the top, as it more than likely will cause the whole unit to become unbalanced and may topple heavy things to the floor. Overall, this product definitely wouldn't have been my choice. Had it not been for the taller plumbing, I'd have gone with something else.
2. The doors are a bit crooked in that they don't close flush on the bottom. This more than likely because of the positioning of the magnet bar on the top pulling the top of the doors in further. It might have made more sense to put the magnets on the bottom, though that would take away from the amount of storage on the bottom shelf.
3. It took a lot of patience to get the doors even, so that one was higher up than the other. It took me about a half an hour of careful adjustment before they were good enough.
4. The whole product is basically varying shades of white. The doors are made from a different material than the rest of the unit. They're more like plastic and less like wood. As a result, even though the doors and the rest of the product are white, the doors are a different shade of white and it is obvious that they're not the same shade. The side piece wood has a bit of a yellowish tint to it and the doors are a brighter shade of white. The top and bottom shelf are whiter. The back is a different material and it is even brighter white. After noticing this, I looked at some of the pictures of this product here on Amazon, and it is noticeable there as well. This is the thing that annoys me the most about this product. This is a huge miss on their part. I'm not sure why they didn't just use the same material for the doors.
5. The back is cheap cardboard like material and no matter how much time you spend carefully nailing it to the back of the cabinet, it will pucker a bit. Fortunately, the products came with a bunch of extra nails and I was able to put extra nails in the spots that were puckered. After attaching the top to the bottom, I did notice one area I missed, but it wasn't worth taking the whole thing apart to fix it. Eventually, I'll probably stop noticing it.
6. They should have included a touchup pen. It was in pretty good shape, but there were a few knicks and scratches. It's a white product, so every flaw is going to show.
1.0 out of 5 stars like most toilets

The measurements are wrong. The toilet clearance is 31.5", not 33.5". I have a 33" high toilet and this doesn't fit, because the legs are too short. If your toilet is over 31", DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!! They measured from the bottom shelf to the floor to get what they think is the toilet clearance. However, they didn't account for the front and back trim under the shelf. It is 2" high and ~1/2" thick. If you have at least a 1/2" clearance between the back of your tank and the wall and your tank is very narrow, you might get this to work for a tall toilet. If your tank is flush against the wall, like most toilets, then it will NOT work for toilets taller than 31".
3.0 out of 5 stars NOT WELL MADE!

I liked how the the cabinet looks; which is why I bought it. But there were so many issues with it, it's not worth it. There were numerous flaws in the cabinet like major visible scratches and scuffs but the worst part is that they drilled the holes for the door hinges in the wrong place! The extra fun bonus is that even though they can't build a quality cabinet, they did accidentally include some sort of gate latch in the box! I'll let the pictures show you how bad it was.

Measure 3 or 4 times every which way before ordering. The space for this cabinet was very tight. I measured the height, width etc. It should have worked perfectly. However decorative feet made the cabinet too tight for the space. Another measurement I did not have was where the decorate trim on the outside of the cabinet at the shelf level. The trim would overlap on the counter (as I said, this is a very tight space). You may be thinking "why doesn't she just mount the cabinet to the wall?" Well, the back of the cabinet is just a thin cardboard type of material. (If you are not going to mount on the wall, it should work just fine.) We are going to have to find a sturdy piece of wood, paint it, and then mount the cabinet to the wall. While the vendor will possible refund the monies spent (after you return it and they inspect it) - they will NOT refund the shipping - which is approximately $25 - $30 via UPS ground (the weight of the cabinet is approximately 20 pounds). The legs will go to waste and the cost to adjust the back so it can be attached to the wall will be less than the cost of shipping. This was an expensive experiment - I will not purchase from this vendor again.
2.0 out of 5 stars Get the leg extenders

If you love tons of styrofoam you're gonna love unpackaging this! Little styrofoam balls all over the bathroom. Good times! The unit itself took me around 30 minutes to assemble. The directions are decent and easy to follow. The unit itself was damaged in shipping with some of the paint being rubbed off the legs, on the front. Not a huge deal but definitely noticeable. The sticking point with this unit is that the legs are not nearly long enough to reach over a standard toilet. Also, there's a cross brace very low on the legs and, if your toilet is tight to the wall, you're going to have to remove the cross brace to get the legs behind the toilet. I assembled the unit and placed it over the toilet and the bottom of the lower shelf landed directly on top of the toilet tank - with the legs dangling in mid-air. I figured the legs came up around 3 inches too short. To address the short legs I used 2, 2x4 sections, laid flat, under each leg to raise the unit high enough for the shelf to clear the top of the tank. Of course, Amazon is out of the white leg extenders and doesn't know when, or if, they'll be back in stock so I will have to dress up the 2x4 blocks to make them look like they're part of the unit. As for storage, it's got quite a bit of room so if you're using a flat mirror above your bathroom sink you could put medicine, etc. in the storage areas. A bit overpriced, and not well thought out, but a decent unit. I probably wouldn't buy it again, though.
